Schoen is a Marine Corps veteran, and soon after spending 5 years in the Army Reserves. He started construction in 2016 to learn new trades, and found that he really enjoyed it, and the ability to grow fascinated him. It has a lot of the same elements he found in the military, notably the need for improvising, adapting, and overcoming. At Kaminskiy, he found a home as the camaraderie amongst us employees was also similar.
He has 2 boys, age 9 and 11, and a 16 year old daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys time with family, playing guitar and composing music. Schoen also enjoy sports, both watching, and playing.
