Michael Sean Garland, known to most simply as Sean, is a San Diego native with deep roots in the construction industry. Born and raised in America’s Finest City, Sean discovered his passion for building at an early age and turned it into a lifelong career, entering the trades at just 18 in 1988. With over 37 years of hands-on experience, he brings a level of craftsmanship and industry knowledge that is truly rare.
Sean holds a Certified Academic Draftsman credential alongside a California General Contractor “B” License, a combination that gives him a uniquely well-rounded foundation spanning both design and field execution. His ability to bridge the technical and creative sides of construction makes him a natural fit as a Design Consultant, helping Kaminskiy clients navigate the remodeling process with confidence from concept to completion.
When he’s not on the job, Sean is usually chasing waves or exploring backcountry trails off-road. A true San Diegan at heart, he lives and breathes the Southern California lifestyle. He has been happily married since 2003, and together they have two beautiful daughters.
