Social Media Manager
Leila Glass joined Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling in August 2026 as a Social Media Manager, where she supports the company’s social media, content, and creative production work.
She is a San Diego native, born and raised here with no plans to leave. Leila graduated summa cum laude from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications, and was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the national communication studies honor society. While at PLNU she worked on the staff of the university’s television station and served as a studio teaching assistant, helping students run camera, lighting, and audio during live and studio productions.
Before coming to Kaminskiy, Leila handled social media for a local organization, creating and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube and designing graphics and promotional materials for events. That mix of production and platform work is what she brings to the KDR team: an eye for how a project should look on camera, and a plan for where it goes once it is shot.
Outside of work, Leila practices heated yoga, spends time at the beach, and reads. She is close with her mom and is a proud aunt to her niece and nephew.
