FAQs
If you are in research mode, these are the questions we hear most from San Diego homeowners.
Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes, our design-build model keeps design, selections, permitting, and construction aligned under one team.
Can we keep the same layout and still get a big upgrade?
Absolutely. A same-layout remodel can still dramatically improve storage, lighting, finishes, and functionality, often with fewer permitting variables.
Do you manage permits and inspections?
Yes. If permits are needed, we handle the process and coordinate inspections so the project stays organized.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Timelines vary by scope (refresh vs full remodel), material lead times, and permit requirements. We will give you a realistic plan once we understand your project.
Can we live at home during the remodel?
Often yes, but it depends on scope. We will talk through temporary kitchen setups, dust control, and a schedule that respects your daily routine.
What impacts cost the most?
Layout changes, cabinetry scope, appliance upgrades, electrical and plumbing changes, and finish and material selections are the biggest drivers.
Do you help with kitchen design styles and selections?
Yes. We guide you through style direction, materials, and a cohesive plan, so the finished kitchen feels intentional.
How do you keep the process from feeling overwhelming?
We structure decisions and selections in a clear sequence, and you will have a dedicated team communicating what is next at every step.
