Objective
Our goal was to replace an unattractive, segmented primary bath with a serene retreat that maximizes views, comfort, and longevity. By leveraging neutral finishes and high-performance products, we delivered a space that will remain beautiful and functional for decades.
Before and After: Poway Luxury Bath Evolution
Before: The original space was boxed in, underlit, and dominated by dated tile and fixtures. The enclosed shower felt dark and cave-like, and there was no dedicated area for daily grooming.
After: Removing walls and switching to frameless glass opened sight lines throughout. Perla Venata quartzite slabs create a seamless, low-maintenance shower surround, while the heated freestanding tub anchors a relaxing corner with panoramic views. A new makeup vanity completes the spa experience.

The clients’ initial concept included a four-wall, fully tiled shower that exceeded budget and would have blocked natural light.

We value-engineered the design: converting to an open, glass-enclosed shower saved on labor and tile, redirected funds toward premium plumbing, and allowed daylight to permeate the room. Neutral porcelain flooring, slab quartzite walls, and warm maple-almond cabinetry tied the whole look together.
